Q & A

Question:

Hi,
My name is ***** and im starting new transportation business here in **********, **, can you tell me your    experience and refer Nevada State Credit to me.
thx *****

Answer:

Hi there *****,

I have been in this industry for quite some time (the building business credit industry that is.) and I cannot stress to you enough how very important it is to build your business on a solid foundation with an independent business profile that is separate and apart from your personal profile.

The first thing you need to do is structure your business correctly, forming an entity (an LLC or Inc.).

There are several ways to get your business started from that point on. I recommend you consider building your business’ profile while doing so. I see a lot of entrepreneurs and business owners “bootstrapping” their start ups. (By the way, there is no shame in this at all, I have done it with every company I have ever started, and it actually shows lenders you are vested). The problem with this, money tends to be limited and runs out quickly. Not to mention, you very well may be co mingling your funds and assets, which is definitely a no no in this day and age.

Over the course of the past few years, I have done a lot of research on how to obtain funding and how to properly structure my business’ money; and you wouldn’t believe how very eye opening this was for me. If you are anything like me, I was very caught up in a lot of the day to day issues that arose, not really dealing with the base of the problems.  Once I realized that there are basics to building a strong successful business, things began to iron themselves out.

I won’t babble on and on about my own business fortunes and misfortunes, however when I write or speak to business owners and entrepreneurs I tend to share the different situations I have encountered in order for those listening to avoid doing some of the things that led to demise.  So I will redirect you to my blog, which has several articles related to building your business profile and separating your personal profile from your business profile. (https://mylindamontroy.wordpress.com/).

My goal is to educate entrepreneurs and business owners, point blank. Most of the things you will read in my blog are certainly achievable on your own; however I do recommend that you consider outsourcing where needed. After all if you don’t know how to do something, you have two choices, to learn how to do it yourself (which can be quite time consuming) or hire someone who already specializes in it.

Nevada State Corporate Network has made it their job to know all the in’s and out’s of small business. Take the time to do your due diligence; after all, there are several competitors out there in this industry.  Although it may seem that I am a bit biased, I too have had to do my own due diligence in order to join a team I full heartedly know helps the entrepreneur and small business owner achieve their goals. They have more than 35,000 clients, and their Premiere Fast Track Business Credit Building Program is second to none, not to mention, once you have achieved a separate business profile with a Paydex score of 80+, they are actually the only organization in this industry that will then take you to bank. This is a new service they offer (merely a brief 5 months old), and they have achieved a 97% approval rate and have obtained more than $35 million dollars in loans. (That number is certainly nothing to scoff at!)

If you send me over your contact information, I’d be happy to set up an appointment for you and one of our specialists.

Cheers,

Mylinda Montroy
